Professional Home Cleaning. A freshly cleaned home makes a strong first impression — on buyers, in photos, and at showings. We discuss cleaning as part of your pre-market preparation and work to make sure your home is show-ready from day one.

PHOTOGRAPHY. Professional photography is something I provide on every listing. Our photographer captures your home with precision lighting to present it at its best — realistically and compellingly. We also include 3D imaging, video work, and where your home would benefit, drone photos as well.

STAGING. Depending on the home, staging can make an enormous difference in both how quickly it sells, and for how much. We have multiple physical and virtual staging options we are happy to discuss the potential benefits of with you.

Automated, algorithm-based value estimates are notoriously limited. We tour your home together to understand its strengths and how they compare to homes nearby.

I’ll prepare a detailed report showing multiple considerations, comparable properties, and all the data that goes into my pricing recommendation.

I’ll review offers and suggest which are the best for you to consider based on the dollars, terms, and small print. I routinely go back to the best offers and do all I can to get them to further distinguish theirs via increased offer price, more favorable terms, etc. Once we’ve finished the countering process and reached mutual agreement with a buyer, my team will help manage all remaining aspects of the transaction behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and well informed closing experience for you.
