Fletch took the ball and RAN with it. He toured the house multiple times, made recommendations for repairs and updates, organized contractors, and managed projects all while we were 1200 miles away. He scheduled inspections, staging, photographers, listing, and open houses with nothing more than phone calls on my part. To say that I was nervous about the home selling process would be an understatement but to say that Fletch made it easier than I ever imagined it could be is a fact. The hardest thing I had to do was pick between the multiple offers (all well over asking price) on the offer review date. Now that the process is complete, we are beyond grateful to Fletch.
